The vines of Les Plantes du Mayne have been cultivated, vinified and aged with the same stringent quality requirements as for Chateau Grand Mayne: ploughing, leaf stripping, crop thinning, hand picking, vinification in temperature-controlled stainless steal vats, ageing in new barrels and one year old barrels used for the previous vintage of Grand Mayne. Les Plantes du Mayne is ready to drink after having laid down for some years.
