Robert Parker (Oct 2016) The 2014 Paloumey has a modest bouquet, clean and fresh but the brambly, tarry fruit is missing some intensity and presence. The palate is medium-bodied with a sweet entry but underneath lie some quite firm tannin. It builds nicely towards the tobacco-stained finish and shows greater harmony
The 1995 exhibits good color, ripeness, spice, flesh, and sweet fruit. It is an easy-going, soft wine that will be ready to drink early.
